Healthy Mothers, Strong Families™ is Mercy’s Mission Foundation’s flagship maternal and family health program, built to support women—especially those impacted by trauma, poverty, and systemic gaps in care—through every stage of the motherhood journey.
From prenatal education to postnatal support and beyond, the program delivers culturally responsive, trauma-informed care with one goal in mind: to ensure that every mother and child survives—and thrives.
